    After more than two years of construction, Chiatai Qingchunbao (Deqing) Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. started trial production. Aiming at the development direction of advanced manufacturing, the project has introduced advanced preparation technology and intelligent automatic control equipment. It is a modern first-class traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing base integrating information, automation, and intelligence.

    In the preparation workshops and high-bay warehouses of Deqing base, there are also AGVs from KSEC. Their main task is executing the intelligent transfer of materials, connecting independent advanced equipment in series; they realize the full automatic operation of materials and finished products in and out of the warehouse, and the automatic box conveyor line and AGV trolley are seamless connected with each production workshop to achieve a high degree of automation in logistics.

    The equipment installation started on November 12, 2018. After two months of installation and commissioning, it has been officially handed over to the user. It is believed that AGV can play a role in this project with a total investment of nearly 800 million CNY, helping Chiatai Qingchunbao Deqing Base to demonstrate the advanced nature of Chinese medicine manufacturing.
