Baggage Handling System

The security inspection system adopts RFID technology, biometric technology, information technology, and automation technology to realize the binding and information storage of passenger, carry-on luggage and security inspection image as well as automatic conveying and sorting of luggage tray. 

It consists of tray pick-up and drop-off platform, accumulating conveyor, confluence and separating equipment, empty tray recovery line, tray distribution and collection equipment, suspicious luggage separation and isolation device and control system.

Main equipment:

● Luggage tray conveying and recovery system.

It is consisted of stainless steel platform in the upper and accumulating roller conveyor at the bottom. Passenger luggage can be conveyed and empty tray be recovered, which reduces labour intensity and cost.

●Automatic luggage tray conveying and recovery system. 

It is consisted of handling station, roller conveyor in the upper, distribution machine, suspicious luggage separate conveyor, accumulating roller conveyor at the bottom, empty tray palletisers, empty tray collection machine and electric control system.

● Intelligent luggage tray conveying and recovery system.

It is consisted of handling station, roller conveyor in the upper, distribution machine, suspicious luggage separate conveyor, accumulating roller conveyor at the bottom, empty tray palletisers, empty tray collection machine, electric control system and information system.

Luggage tray conveying and recovery system is of module design and can be assembled in a convenient way. It has been used airports such as Kunming Changshui Intenational Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, Zhuhai Jinwan International Airport, etc.
