Application:

It is mainly used to flatten the steamed stems and make them suitable for being cut in tobacco cutter.

Features:

√ Flattening rollers made of alloy cast iron with hard surface and long service life.

√ Automatic control with material jams and overload detecting device.

Specifications:

-  Rated capacity: 750kg/h~2000kg/h (Assuming the gap being 1.5mm and stem MC being 12%)

-  Flattening thickness: 0.6mm~2.5mm (adjustable)

-  Break ratio of stems: ≤3%
