Tobacco Machinery

  In 2011, one cigarette company contacted KSEC for designing a complete processing line for its new factory. It contains PMD and GLT line. KSEC worked with the customer closely and prepared the proposal that meet the customer's demand, the processing line is capable of processing Virginia lamina strips, sun-cured tobacco, pre-cut tobacco, tobacco leaves.  Finally, KSEC's proposal was accepted and awarded the project.

  The main equipment supplied are : vacuum conditioning chamber plant, horizontal threshing unit, drying cylinder with thermal plate exchanger, silo, lamina toaster, mechanical tipper, casing cylinder, tobacco bale loosening plant,electronic weighing conveyor, lamina cutter, single-ram hydraulic press, feeder, vibratory conveyor, belt conveyors, etc. The equipment was finished installation and handed over to customer in 2012.
