Automatic Logistics Systems

Intelligent logistics center of Maoshan manufacturing base is located in Hangzhou, it is currently the largest automatic warehouse in terms of storage capacity and of highest automation in domestic home appliance industry. Meanwhile, full pallet size, rack height and stacker crane height is on the top in this industry in China as well. The center is designed with high automation and intelligence, which improves storage& retrieval of finished commodity& accessories via integration of computer control, scheduling, analysis and management. The efficiency and accuracy of work process is greatly improved.

The ASRS area of the center consists of racking system and various logistics equipment. The racking system is 36 rows× 60 columns × 16 levels, with total storage capacity reaches 35208. The ASRS is capable of handling 250 pallets/h for commodity& accessories output, 227 pallets/h for commodity& accessories input and 175 pallets/h for rest commodity pickup, accessory pickup and e-commerce commodity processing input and output. 

Equipment in ASRS includes RGVs and 18 sets of single-depth stacker crane, which is capable of handling pallet with dimension of 2100×2000×1650mm and weight of 800kg. Stacker crane is of stable performance and high accuracy, the height of stacker reaches to 31.5m, max. traveling speed reaches 180m/min and the acceleration is 0.3; the maximum lifting speed can reach 60m/min and the acceleration is 0.5.

The single rail circulating shuttle vehicle has a small turning radius and space occupation; it is independently developed by KSEC and has intellectual property rights. This system has distinguishable features such as long rail (about260 meters), RGC with large size and high capacity. The scheduling system adopts the fastest task response vehicle allocation strategy, multi-priority real-time scheduling strategy, and task intelligent dynamic allocation strategy. The maximum travel speed of RGV can reach 160m/min and the acceleration is 0.5; the turning speed is 40m/min. In addition, WCS3.0 control system is used in such a large-scale ASRS for the first time.

The racking system is designed with 18 aisles and 35208 cells for pallet in the center.
