By mid-December, KSEC's Production Department had completed the assembly of more than 40 AGV projects, achieving a 54.88% increase in the number of AGVs shipped compared to last year, which is the highest number of AGVs produced by KSEC.

In the face of the severe situation caused by the COVID-19, such as the late arrival of purchased components and the uneven arrival time of assembled devices, the production department tried to overcome the difficulties of tight schedule and heavy workload, and took measures such as installing first when the goods arrive first and prioritizing urgent tasks, reasonably arranging assembly personnel and assembly order, and trying to turn passivity into initiative, overtime when there was much work and urgent work, to reasonably arrange the assembly personnel and assembly order, and tried to turn passivity into initiative.

With the close cooperation of all departments of KSEC and the efforts of the staff in the production department, more than 40 projects of AGVs were assembled and commissioned one after another and shipped to the customer site.
