AS/RS for Sichuan Jiannanchun Group Co., Ltd
The AS/RS project (phase II) in Jiannanchun is used for liquor (finished product) stacking, transportation, storage and delivery from production line to warehouse.
The project occupies an area of 217.5 in length and 125.2m in width, covering empty bottle temporarily storage area, packing area, finished product storage area, delivery area and loading area.
The storage capacity of ASRS is 19872 locations, capable of storing 940,000 cases of liquor. The input capacity is 390 pallets/h (18,700 cases) while output capacity is 380 pallets/h (13,000 cases). Main equipment supplied by KSEC in this project includes racking system, 4 sets single depth stacker cranes, 10 sets double depth stacker cranes, case input conveying system, case output conveying system, pallet stacker, elevators and electric control system.
