The new Terminal built for the ever growing number of tourists visiting this historic part of China, which was previously an important trade centre on the SilkRoad from Yunnan through to Tibet. Lijiang City’s Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its waterways and bridges. 

 Logan-KSEC provided the airport with a robust and reliable baggage system using modern  high quality equipment manufactured from within the Yunan Province at the KSEC facility in Kunming and was delivered within budget and on schedule.The airport officially put into use on September 28, 2010.
